NAVEE is a global brand of electric scooters and smart urban mobility solutions, present in over 30 countries. In 2025, the company officially entered the Bulgarian market with the goal of offering innovative, stylish, and accessible transportation for modern city life.
What has been done?

As part of the local market launch, we built a complete communication and digital infrastructure tailored to the Bulgarian audience:

– Developed a localized visual identity and brand voice for NAVEE Bulgaria
– Launched and currently manage the official Instagram and Facebook pages
– Produced professional photo and video content with urban, lifestyle-focused scenes shot in Sofia
– Created original scripts and content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (unboxing, urban mobility, product highlights)
– Implemented a Linktree with direct access to major Bulgarian retail partners, including:
  • ZORA
  • Technomarket
  • Technopolis
  • Mr. Bricolage
– Set up and managed targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on audience engagement and product awareness
– Achieved significant reach, engagement, and direct traffic to partner stores
– Collected real customer questions and worked with the official distributor to provide accurate responses for the local market
– Developed a monthly content strategy with structured publishing plans, story series, product breakdowns, and FAQ posts
